Snap Pack and Mail Processes
- First, we perform the data services and analytics services. This determines the GMC workflow. Afterwards, we identify what is involved. We create a model of that particular job. Then, we plan the postal optimization.
- Next, we perform our offset printing tasks. These include, but are not limited to (see below for exact tasks): setting up gluers, perforating and scoring units, identifying and setting up for folds, die cutting, coating, and fragrances.
- Identifying the personalization and variable data printing, we setup the print job. We use on press and off-line applications print heads. In addition, we prepare duplex imaging systems and barcoding. Our offline finishing technologies include high-speed feed inserters, folders, stampers, tabbers and shrink wrapping.
- Next, we consult and verify postal regulations. Providing full mail barcode services, we ensure postal and mailing is handled correctly.
- Finally, we perform any hand assembly and fulfillment needed. These include match mailings, kitting programs, pack and ship programs, shrink wrapping and more.
